Villa - Antalya, Demre

Let's take a closer look at the villa project we designed for this wonderful couple, located in Demre, known for its natural and cultural treasures such as Kekova Island, the Sunken City, the ancient city of Myra, Lycian rock tombs, and St. Nicholas Church. The villa is situated in a position overlooking the sea.

As you enter through the door, a foyer immediately greets you, showcasing the rich story of the space. Gold chandeliers, wall cladding strips, glass holders, and accessory details combine with Carrera marble to create a luxurious first impression. Even in the staircase area, the user experiences numerous design elements such as laser-cut mirrors, wall moldings, decorative panels, display cabinets, and wall decor, leaving no doubt they’ve entered a rich, detailed, and bold space that will make them eager to explore further. On the other hand, stepping into the living area, the breathtaking sea view embraces and enhances the luxurious ambiance from every angle.

In the kitchen, you can see a combination of modern and Victorian design elements. The white-toned kitchen cabinets with paneled doors create a summer house vibe. The Carrera countertop pairs with the luxurious elements used throughout the space.

As with all the spaces, the kitchen is designed to take full advantage of natural light and the view. The window over the prep area not only serves the kitchen experience visually but also provides optimal lighting. The wood used in the flooring and furniture, along with its tone, warms up the white and luxurious feel of the space, reminding the user they are at home and supporting a sense of intimacy and organic feelings. Similar to the living area, the ceiling design doesn’t highlight the lighting but instead emphasizes the openness and the view.

In the bedrooms, the same design language can be observed. The linear wall panels covering the headboard create a contrast with the mirrored white Victorian wardrobe doors in the same frame. This contrast is also present in other areas of the villa. Additionally, gold details used in the furniture and lighting fixtures, although less concentrated in this relaxation area, contribute to completing the luxurious feel.

The space's entirely white-toned palette balances the movement within the room and creates a calming effect. Moreover, this whiteness emphasizes the nature and the sea through the spatial openings.

The moldings on the ceiling and walls, along with the decorative elements, blend seamlessly with the wardrobe doors, establishing a connection between the space and its furnishings. The large openings that encompass the space provide an experience of natural light and views, enriching the overall ambiance.

This bedroom includes all the necessary elements to meet its functional requirements. With a vanity, TV unit, relaxation area, large bed, en-suite bathroom, and storage spaces, the room offers the functionality and comfort of a hotel room. In the bedroom, integrated lighting elements at varying heights, intensities, and positions allow for customizable ambiance adjustments.

In the wet areas, the ceramic choices are adorned with luxurious ceramics that establish a connection with the other spaces. The hand-washing area is separated with relief ceramics featuring the same pattern, creating a sense of division and refinement. The paneled lacquer doors, linear covers, and abstract-cut mirrors combine to create a fusion of modernism and Victorian style.

The gold details in the lighting fixtures and sanitary elements complete the harmony with the luxurious patterned ceramics, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic.

In the youth rooms, although the volumes are smaller compared to other areas, the furnishings are designed to serve multiple functions instead of reducing their functionality. While colors were introduced to the rooms in line with the preferences of our young users, the chosen shades are relaxing tones

Although each area carries different functions and choices, you can observe the common design language throughout all spaces in this villa interior design and feel the overall ambiance. In this villa project, we provided 2D planning, concept design, 3D visualization, implementation projects, site consultancy, and furniture manufacturing/assembly services to our client. We present it for your appreciation...
